The scope of the project was the total refurbishment of the Royal Le Meridien Hotel in Chennai. This included the refurbishment of existing meeting rooms, function rooms and banquet space for up to 1,500 guests, 5 restaurants with the additional building of a separate fine dining restaurant poolside, bars and fitness centre. All guest rooms, bathrooms, lobby and back of house operations were included in the scope of works.
